Wash & Fold orders are returned in 48 hours. Need it sooner? Add express same-day return for +$20 per load. You'll get a delivery confirmation before we drop off.
Pickup & delivery is priced by distance from our facility: $10 round trip within 5 miles, then $16–$42 each way for 6–40 miles. The fee covers both trips, and during our three-month intro offer delivery is free — you pay only the pickup. There are no fuel surcharges or hidden fees. If you're out of the 40-mile radius, text us — we'll still help.
No. Most customers leave their bag at their door or with a concierge. During scheduling you can add pickup instructions (gate codes, door location, etc.) so our driver knows exactly where to go.
We offer morning and evening pickup windows seven days a week. Sunday pickup windows are 8 AM–9 AM and 4 PM–6 PM. You choose your window when you schedule — we'll text you a reminder and a driver ETA the day of. If the pickup times don't work for you, please let us know and we will work with you — if any changes need to be made with scheduling, just let us know, we are always happy to help. Please have your laundry ready for us to pick up in 13-gallon trash bags. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it!
Choose regular detergent with softener and dryer sheets, hypoallergenic detergent for sensitive skin, or bleach for whites washed separately. Select your preference when scheduling — no extra cost.
Wash & Fold is billed per load — up to 13 lb each. During our intro offer every load is $25 (regularly $35), and delivery is free — you pay for pickup only. Heavily-soiled loads needing a second wash are +$20 per load. Zelle is accepted at (361) 206-6976; online bookings are confirmed by card checkout.
